“I’d like to congratulate you and your team at WA Building & Maintenance PTY LTD for transforming my house from a flooded mouldy disaster to the show piece it is today. From the very beginning I was reassured by Jude Sharpe that he would work closely with SGIO to have the scope of works to cover replacing damage rather than repairing and painting.
I then had the pleasure of dealing with project coordinator Clare Bonnie. Clare would ring, email and text daily with updates, questions and most importantly offering me every opportunity to make decisions when presented with options and product choices. I was absolutely overwhelmed by the transformation when I first entered the completed project, it looks fantastic, like a brand-new house. Id highly recommend your services to anyone building, renovating or repairing. "I just wanted to write to you and thankyou for all you have done with getting my roof completed through my insurance claim, I know you came in later, after I had so much trouble with the first trades they (the insurance company) appointed. You were very prompt with getting the works started and now completed. You kept us up to date as well as introduced yourself and your tradies to us and made it a smooth project, which had been an extremely stressful one with the previous trades.
I would also like to say that your trades were amazing, they did an awesome job! They had trouble with the weather, but figured it all out, they also kept me up to date with each process and what was happening next. They were really nice guys, it was a pleasure to have them doing my roof for me, I can’t believe how great it looks.
Once again thankyou so much for everything you did, it was such a smooth project done in the end. I will recommend your work and business to everyone that asks me who did my roof.
