šŸ” Itā€™s the little things that make the biggest difference.

While the rain has kept us off some of our usual tasks, the team has been putting the time to good use preparing the natural marble tiles for an upcoming heritage renovation in Albury.

Before these tiles are installed, each one is being sealed with two coats to both the front and back surfaces to help protect the stone and ensure the best possible long-term result. Itā€™s not the glamorous side of building, but itā€™s the attention to detail that helps deliver a quality finish.

With hundreds of tiles to work through, itā€™s been a team effort in the shed today, making sure everything is ready before installation begins.

At Binding Building, we believe quality isnā€™t just about what you see when the project is finishedā€”itā€™s about all the preparation, care, and craftsmanship that happens behind the scenes.

A few laughs, a few strikes, and plenty of gutter balls. šŸŽ³šŸ˜‚

The Binding Building crew got together over the weekend for a night of tenpin bowling.

Itā€™s good to get away from the day-to-day, catch up outside of work, and spend some time together as a team.

Weā€™re lucky to have a great group of people around us, and nights like this are a good reminder of that.

Special mention to Jay, who spent both games trying to chase down the win. Unfortunately, he was so focused on Machaelaā€™s slow-and-steady approach that he completely missed DJ sneaking through on the inside for the victory. šŸ†šŸ¤£

Safe to say thereā€™ll be a few rematches happening in the future!

Working with an interior designer on our recent project has provided several benefits. It's expanded our supplier network and increased our range of suppliers. We've made new partnerships, we've been able to work with several different suppliers that we haven't used in the past. These types of professional collaborations help us grow as a company and a business.

Ever been tempted by the lowest price for a project? Before you sign, consider why that quote is so much lower. The reality is that you get what you pay for. Choosing the cheapest option can actually cost you more in the long run if you have to undo damage and redo the entire job. Itā€™s better to invest in quality the first time than to pay for the same project twice.
