Looking for an immediate start for an available fencing contractor.
Offering regular/ongoing work.

The successful candidates at a minimum, MUST:

- Have a clean license
- Have own tools/trailer
- Active ABN and Public Liability Insurance
- Demonstrate outstanding Customer Service
- Attention to detail
- Good Problem Solving skills/Strategic Thinking
- Ability to read plans/drawings and fencing specifications
- Ability to follow processes
- Knowledge and understanding of power tools and hand tools
- Ability to install gates

Please ensure the above-mentioned requirements are clearly indicated in your CV.

Not essential but an advantage:
- Minimum ‘Cert 3 Construction and Landscape’
- Installation of specialised electric and solar gates

Our current job has been an ongoing project for us and our customer. The existing property was demolished to make way for a stunning two-story Modern Colonial home in the heart of Mooloolaba. The house sits alongside a public walkway so privacy and security was an important factor for the first stage. As the property sits on a slope a retaining wall was required to build up the property to the level of the house and then we finished off with a Lapped Timber fence.
We're continuing this project with the rear fence, frameless glass pool fence and front picket fence. We look forward to sharing these completed stages with you shortly.

One of this week's jobs was a beautiful property in South Coolum. The customer's chose Colourbond in Monument which complimented their existing colour pallet for modern white/grey/blue tones with a natural timber look.
We used a sleeper base which can eliminate the gaps underneath the fence and retains soil, especially when the property is on a slope.

The following job was for a retired retaining wall which over time was starting to shift in the direction you don't want it to go. If not attended to this can become a high risk for collapse and affect the foundations of the house and the external grounds.

We left the existing retaining wall to provide additional support and placed the new retaining wall in front using hardwood posts and pine sleepers. This has now increased the longevity and security for this lovely home.

The following job was a custom made dog fence for a rural property. Using square welded mesh against pine rails and hardwood posts with all fence and gate mesh continuing just above ground level for extra security.

We devised a plan with the clients lead to section off the property to allow some but not all access. Several gates were installed to allow mower and pedestrian access while keeping a certain family member safe from roaming 😉
