One of our longest running projects finally opens this weekend. We began work with Lindsay, Kerry Clare and ARUP in 2012.

The expansion, designed by Clare Design in collaboration with Smith and Tzannes Architects, and Arup, nods to the brutalist architecture of the original 1977 building.

Very excited to see one of our projects listed in "13 of the best homes for sale in NSW"... but what we love most, is the home was built and developed by our James Guthrie, who started with us as a student straight out of high school. It has been so rewarding seeing him move through his career and now achieving this at the completion of his first development. It's been lots of fun working with him creating the new in Sydney's .

Hats had to be made from paper, on the day.
Pete’s kids dropped by after school and were the judges with Tahnee crowned with best hat (because of the colourful flowers) and Pete the worst (because it didn’t go all the way around his head!!)
