Our new committee is well underway with preparing for the fourth annual New England Garden Festival and we are looking for a horticultural loving bunch of volunteers to help out over the weekend.

The Armidale Tree Group is open today until 1:00pm.

As well as their unique range of frost-hardy natives, they have soil amendments, mulches and frost guards to make the most of the rain and keep things chugging along over the months ahead. Oh and look at our display of frost-hardy veg!

If you’re already in ‘planning for Spring’ mode, come and get some inspiration. They're taking spring orders now!

Plant now and have the best garden on show for our 2026 festival weekend.

Have you got a few plants that need a prune? Now is the perfect time to start propagating for our NEGF Plant Stall, so we can grow strong, healthy plants ready for the festival.

Each year, our stall of donated plants, bulbs, tubers and cuttings raises vital funds for local charities and is proudly run by our wonderful NEGF volunteers.
