OCEAN GROVE | ACREAGE LIVING AT ITS FINEST 🌿

This one is currently under construction and we couldn't be more excited to see it come to life! 🏡

Set on a stunning acreage block surrounded by established native eucalyptus trees, this contemporary weatherboard design is everything we love about rural living done beautifully.

THE DESIGN 🏠
A series of connected pavilion-style gabled forms create a relaxed, low-slung silhouette that sits perfectly within the landscape. The white weatherboard cladding and crisp roof lines give it that timeless modern feel — clean, bold, and effortlessly elegant.

THE INDOOR/OUTDOOR CONNECTION 🌅
Full-height sliding glass doors blur the line between inside and out, wrapping around a generous alfresco deck that draws you toward the pool. Warm timber decking adds a natural contrast to the white exterior — it's the kind of detail that makes a house feel like a home.

THE POOL 💦
A stunning rectangular pool takes centre stage, perfectly positioned to capture the outlook across the property. Whether it's a weekend swim or watching the sun dip below the horizon from the loungers — this is acreage living done right.

SEPARATION CREEK — COASTAL LIVING AT ITS FINEST 🌊

We are thrilled to reveal our latest concept design at Separation Creek on the iconic Great Ocean Road! Just a few hundred metres from Wye River Beach, this stunning 3-bedroom coastal haven is the ultimate holiday retreat and long-term escape. ✨

The site carries a story — the previous home was lost to the fires, and from those benched levels we have carefully crafted a design that works with the land, not against it. Every room captures those incredible ocean and horizon views, and the front balcony serves as your own private viewing platform over the Great Ocean Road. 🏡

Picture long weekends here: waking up to ocean views, spending beach days at Wye River, and gathering around the fire pit as the stars come out overhead. This home was designed for exactly those moments. 🔥

We have loved working with the team at to navigate this challenging topography and deliver something truly extraordinary for our clients. 👌

OCEAN GROVE CONCEPT DESIGN 🌿

When our clients first came to us, they had already been through the heartbreak of a development that didn't proceed. What was supposed to be their dream home had become a nightmare run.

We knew we had to get this right. 🏡

Nestled amongst the most beautiful native gum trees in Ocean Grove, this site has a steep fall that many would shy away from. But for us, it was the perfect opportunity to create something truly special.

Working closely with our clients in a collaboration with , we carefully designed around the existing cut levels, making the most of what was already there while minimising costly earthworks. The result is a home that genuinely ticks every single box for their lifestyle, and one they can be proud of for years to come.

And that balcony... 🌅 Imagine sipping an afternoon wine up amongst the treetops, watching the sun set over Ocean Grove with the koalas for company. Pure magic.🐨

The interior speaks for itself — open plan living flooded with natural light, a gorgeous fireplace, timber floors, and floor-to-ceiling glazing that blurs the line between inside and out.
