We rearranged our schedule, attended today, and got the property looking neat, tidy and ready for its next occupants. ✅

Our work included:
✔️ Slash and mow the overgrown backyard
✔️ Whipper snip and edge all lawn areas
✔️ Remove overgrown w**ds throughout the property
✔️ Tidy the front garden beds
✔️ Mow and edge the nature strips

🌳 Big Tree Removal Completed in Werribee 🌳

Another great result for Vipul and the team at Reliance Real Estate Werribee.

The property owner requested that this large gum tree be reduced to approximately fence height, making it a challenging job due to its size, multiple trunks and the amount of timber and green waste that needed to be removed.

The job involved:
✅ Safely dismantling the tree section by section
✅ Lowering heavy branches in a controlled manner
✅ Removing and disposing of all green waste
✅ Filling a tandem trailer, our truck and a car trailer with timber and branches
✅ Cleaning the property’s gutters while we were on site

A huge shout-out to my sons Jordon and Dylan, who did an outstanding job and handled the majority of the hard work on this one. I’m incredibly proud of the effort they put in to complete the job safely and professionally.

Today Jordon and I completed a full garden clean-up for Mei, transforming an overgrown property back into a neat, tidy and well-presented space.

Here’s what we completed:

✅ Front and backyard garden tidy-up
✅ Front and back lawns mowed
✅ Whipper snipping and edging completed
✅ Overgrown w**ds cut back and removed
✅ Removed old tree stumps from the front yard
✅ Levelled out piles of soil in the front yard
✅ General garden maintenance throughout the property
✅ Full clean-up, with all green waste removed from site

The best part? Mei has now booked us to return for a landscaping project using 20mm Tuscan Topping, and we’ll also be providing ongoing monthly garden maintenance to keep the property looking its best all year round.

We love helping our customers not only bring their gardens back under control but also creating outdoor spaces they can enjoy for years to come.

This is how the front and side garden will look once we install 20mm Tuscan Topping. The w**d mat will be laid first, followed by the decorative stone to create a clean, low-maintenance and modern finish.

We can’t wait to share the before and after photos once it’s complete!

🌿 1 METRE OFF THE TOP… NOT AN EASY JOB! 🌿

This customer wanted approximately 1 metre taken off the top of their bamboo hedge to reduce the height while keeping it looking neat and healthy.

If you’ve ever worked with bamboo, you’ll know it’s one of the toughest plants to prune. Thick canes, endless foliage and mountains of green waste make it a challenging job.

Jordon absolutely nailed it. 👏

He carefully reduced the height, shaped the hedge evenly, removed all the cuttings and left the property looking clean and tidy.

Sometimes it’s the jobs that look simple that take the most skill.

Today, Dylan and I completed another garden clean-up for one of our valued real estate partners, Established Property.

This vacant property had become overgrown and needed some attention before being ready for its next inspection.

Here’s what we completed:
✅ Mowed and whipper snipped the front lawn and nature strip
✅ Mowed and tidied both side access areas
✅ Removed overgrown w**ds throughout the property
✅ Cleared out dead shrubs and unwanted vegetation
✅ General garden tidy-up
✅ Removed and disposed of all green waste
✅ Left the property neat, tidy and ready for prospective tenants or buyers
