Warning: scammer alert.

We strongly advise all individuals to exercise extreme caution when interacting with this person, as their actions have caused considerable disruption to our lives. We are sharing this information publicly to prevent others from falling prey to these deceptive tactics. Initially, we preferred to maintain confidentiality regarding this matter; however, we now feel compelled to disseminate this information. The perpetrator is impersonating a representative of an Australian mortgage company, having created a fraudulent website and phone number by replicating a legitimate company. During the refinancing process, personal information was disclosed, which was subsequently stolen, resulting in identity theft. This incident has also led to our reduced presence on social media, as the perpetrator had accessed our accounts. Unfortunately, numerous individuals have fallen victim to this scam. We appeal to anyone in our network with expertise in tracking phone numbers or knowing someone who can provide assistance to please contact us. Our objective is to prevent further financial harm to innocent families. This incident has been reported to the authorities; however, due to the high volume of similar scams, it may take several months to receive a response.

While on holiday two  lovely ladies
 decided stealing my phone would be a good idea.
So with a lot of hassles we got to keep the same number any txt or calls to business in the last 2 or so weeks we didn’t receive as they went to the stolen phone
