Not often we head out of town but sometimes it’s definitely worth it.

Well what a difference this area is now, the timber patio was on its last legs and leaked and was extremely dark.
Client stated that the biggest concern was light and we came up with the idea to build the patio up above the house gutter by 300mm and have some polycarbonate skylights.

I suggested surfmist with high gloss sheets for the brightness and also helps with the heat in those hot summers.

Client is extremely happy and definitely going to enjoy those hot summer days ☺️ so if your back entertaining area needs an upgrade we are hear to help.

Monster shed complete, it’s been a long drawn out process but it’s finally completed.

Shed 14m x 6m with 3.5m wall height
Lean-to 6m x 2.5m
Flat patio attached 4.2m x 2.5m
Shed also features 3 x PA doors, 1 x window with a 5m electric roller-door.
Colour is woodland grey

Patio and decking completed, roof is 50mm solarspan with the cedar look and 4 downlights installed.

Then we have the decking, 140 merbau boards.
The lights at night certainly set it off and it looks absolutely fantastic.

Well that was a tough few days, had to deal with heat, wind, extremely hard ground for digging and to top it off the height of 3.3m underneath.
But we got it done and I couldn’t be happier as well as the customer to park his car and van underneath.
