The photo's show the development of front façade options for a major renovation to a beachside home in Cottesloe, Perth.
Sometime the client may have various ideas and likes of different styles and choices of various materials etc... they want to see incorporated in their home. That's great; but sometimes all those elements may not necessarily all work well together in a homogeneous way for the interiors & exteriors of the home.
With the client interaction and our recommendation of direction through the design process, we are able to provide the design that ultimately becomes the final and best choice to suit.

Here's a reno project underway in City Beach. Clients recently bought this 70's style home and wanted it converted to a modern Hamptons / Newport style. It certainly is a refreshing change! 🙂

Here's a snippet of a 3 storey + basement home at near completion, that I designed in Singapore with Feng Shui principles. A tough brief for space planning and the required designated location of the rooms, however it all came together for a great result in the end. Client was thrilled!😊
