Another one of our Projects in Bateau Bay.

The scope for this project was-
Construction of free standing garage, requiring excavating down to 1.7m in the front yard.
Re-roof with colourbond.
Remove existing pergola and replace with Versiclad Flyover roof.
New Garden Shed
Structural Retaining walls
New Driveway
Stairs and timber landings

Looking forward to giving this beautiful 134 year old home built in 1890 in Islington a new lease on life!

The scope for this project is to remove the extension that was added to the original home that was built in 1890, maintain the original home with a few minor internal changes and then add contemporary extension that will highlight and compliment the original home.

Back yard transformation!
The client brief for this project was simple
“we want a pool, a large pool. Loose the summer sun but keep it warm and sunny in winter. We want low maintenance and most of all we want it to our at home resort!”
I think we nailed it!
We worked along with our client from concept to completion to create this beautiful space.

New bathroom and powder room in Bateau Bay came up a treat!!

Before and after shots of the kitchen and dining room of our recently completed Blue Bay project.
We changed the ceiling from flat to raked ceilings and created a bright natural light space with the installation of 2 large skylights.
