PAINT SALES ASSISTANT POSITION
We service both retail and trade markets and we are on the lookout for an enthusiastic individual to join our team.
A full time position is available in our Batemans Bay store.
Previous experience within the paint industry is preferred as the paint industry is specialised but relevant personal experience in home improvement projects or hardware industries would also be an advantage. Retail experience preferred.
The current position is available for immediate start for an enthusiastic and motivated individual. You will receive award wage, uniform and ongoing training. Store hours are 7.30 to 4.30pm Mon-Fri and 8 to 12pm Sat. You will be required to work rotational Saturdays eventually and independently at times
Responsibilities
*Providing exemplary customer service to both retail and trade customers
*Tinting and mixing paint
*Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge in areas of paint while assisting with sales, stock control and merchandising
*Store presentation, stock management, housekeeping
*Workplace health and safety
Experience/Attributes
*Personalised customer service
*Well presented in appearance and communication
*Approachable, confident and energetic with a pleasant disposition and ability to deal with customer queries and/or complaints
*Attention to detail
*Honest, reliable and punctual
*This role involves heavy lifting up to 15litre drums of paint.

Hi Guys just a reminder from the 11 October we will only be allowed to have you enter our store if fully vaccinated as directed by NSW Health . Hopefully by December we can welcome everyone again. !!
If you are not vaccinated and need something please just give us a call and we can organise click and collect to help us through in the meantime.
I hope everyone understands we are doing as directed and ensuring we keep our customers and staff as safe as possible at this time.
