Bathroom renovation curtesy of a leaking shower floor, yet another bathroom where the original builder thought it was a good idea to use chip board flooring for a bathroom, being a 2 story house and this being the upper level movement occurred and the waterproofing simply could not bridge the movement gaps. Thankfully for the owners they are fully insured and now have a new bathroom.
