Rental Ready 😀

Our young investor recently purchased this newly built home 🏡 through professionals_bathurst and it was missing only one ☝️ thing. Window 🪟 furnishings!

A few conversations and a meet up and it was decided on PVC plantation shutters in Lexicon 1/2 with bullnose frames 🖼️ across the front of the home 🏡
The rest of the home 🏡 got blockout blinds in Uniline Australia Dawn Grey.

A perfect 👌 combination that finishes this home 🏡 of nicely and is ready for its tenants.

In this large open home 🏡 built by Stroud Homes Dubbo we got to install some pretty 😍 and practical window 🪟 furnishings.

In the living and master a couple of
S-Wave sheer curtains in Nettex Fabrics Bali Chalk steal your attention immediately!

Across the front of the home 🏡 our lifetime warrantied PVC plantation shutters in Lexicon 1/2 with bullnose frames 🖼️ were installed.

In the master and bedroom 2 we installed a couple of fully enclosed cassette holland blinds. White headbox, guides and bottom rail with a blind in Uniline Australia Dawn Soft Grey. These blinds turn day into night and a the perfect choice for shift workers.

Another home 🏡 with window 🪟 furnishings tailored to its owners.

Rental Ready 👌

A first home 🏡 buy is always exciting and making window 🪟 furnishings decisions can be daunting when you have never done it before.

Our client will be renting this home 🏡 out for the meantime and was perplexed 🤔 on what to choose. What is practical and what you would like personally can be conflicting.

The most basic, clean looking 👀 and cost effective solution is the trusty roller blind. Uniline Australia Dawn Cotton was used here.

Making it personal 😀

Our clients had recently purchased this vast family home 🏡 and were wanting to put their own personal touch on it. This home 🏡 had been waiting 20 years to have some window 🪟 furnishings that were a match to its grandeur.

To 17 large windows 🪟 we installed our life time warrantied PVC Plantation shutters with bullnose frames 🖼️ in Lexicon 1/2.

Over a few doors 🚪 we installed some roller blinds in Uniline Australia Dawn Sesame to match the freshly painted walls. Perfectly matched!

The transformation has been completed 👍 and the result is amazing 🤩

Ready to move in 😀

In this recently completed home 🏡 by Stroud Homes Dubbo the client wanted practical, simple operations and cost effective for the window 🪟 coverings.

The choice was easy! A combination of blockout roller and vertical blinds in Uniline Australia Dawn White were installed.

Simple operations make them easy to use and long lasting. Uniformity across the whole home 🏡 makes them look 👀 good and most of all they are the most bang 🔫 for your buck 💵

Farm house 🏡 freshen up 😍

This older home 🏡 over the years has had many window 🪟 coverings additions installed. A combination of different style awnings with mixed operations and fabrics which made the home 🏡 look 👀 a little disjointed. Internally was in need of some attention also.

Outside we reskinned all the awnings with Outlook Mode Nougat. Out with the canvas and worn out stitching 🧵 and in with the new nylon, plastic welded long lasting fabrics with straight valances. Uniformity in colour and fabric across all the various different awnings.

Out the back we also installed a drop blind from shadetex_australia in the same colour scheme.

Inside we fitted our PVC plantation shutters in Lexicon 1/2 with lifetime warranty.

A much needed upgrade completed 👍
