QUOTES and PRICING. (starts at $40 per hour)
The first thing new customers always ask is "how much", which is the obvious question, really. The price depends on the skill level required for the job, (for example a Tradie will most likely charge you $80 per hour) and for most of our jobs we don't need to charge that much. LAWN MOWING and GARDENING: We work on the figure of about $40 per hour PER MA

N, PLUS $10 per machine per hour. So a regular sized lawn that takes 1/2 hour with 1 machine and 1 worker = $25, or an hour for $50. A large Lawn with 2 men and 2 machines that takes one hour would cost $100 (40x2 plus 10x2). We usually have two guys paired up, so the jobs are finished quickly, but you are paying for the extra worker/machine. Most lawns are around the $50 mark. HANDYMAN REPAIRS and MINOR CONSTRUCTION/MAINTENANCE:
Usually you pay just the $40 per hour, but don't forget for rubbish removal you'll still need to pay for disposal costs. Some specialised tools are provided at no extra cost. If the Construction or Maintenance requires a Tradie we can arrange one for you, and you will need to confirm the pricing at that point (nobody likes 'surprises')

IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Handover of Mowing and Yard Services
I've enjoyed the years helping people maintain their properties, but now it's time to retire from Yard Maintenance. I've actually been looking for about a year to find the right guy to take on all my yard maintenance customers, and I'm please that Michael Friend Lawn and yard care is the right man at the right time. I've known Michael for years, and have always found him to be honest, reliable, and hard working. You can't ask for more than that really. His prices are the same as mine have been, make sure you add him to your vendors 😉.

I grew up on a Grazing / Dairy Farm, and worked cutting timber in my younger years, and I've got lots of experience with animals and fencing. Some of my clients include Graziers and one large Orchard, farming is very much a hands on, practical, pragmatic business. Whether you're a hobby farmer, just need some help, or you're in need of part time help give me a call. I also have contacts throughout associated industry, if I can't do what you need then I probably know someone who can.
