An attempt was made to breakaway from the monotonous streetscape-created by project homes. The form is simple but dramatic. The living areas flows into balconies and pargola through large openings and take advantage of the abundance of natural light.

The form and functional adjacencies of the house was determined by the site characteristics - the corner location, the panoramic view towards the back. The living areas flows into balconies, deck, pargola and the pool through large openings and take advantage of the abundance of natural light.

Height restrictions and natural slope towards the back presented unique challenges and needed out of the norm approach to the overall planning. The main entry ended up on level 2 with formal living, dining, family and kitchen on level one. Upstairs has all the bed rooms around a family living with a large void to connect both levels. The living areas flow into balconies and decks through large openings and take advantage of the panoramic view at the rear.
