We designed and built this spectacular Stratco Cooldek patio for Kate about 10 kilometers from Melbourne.. adding nearly 40% to her home’s footprint - giving her young family a beautiful space to grow... not to mention the obvious impact on the value of the home.

The deck and patio was built on a serious slope and replaced a dangerous set of stairs, which opened up the backyard as well.
