PART TIME ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR
About us –
Taylors provides a broad range of specialist Arboricultural services of amenity tree care.

About the position –
Your role is based at our Bayswater North Office, working 3 to 3.5 hours each day, Monday to Friday, totaling 16hrs per week.
We have some flexibility as to the exact times you work each day, between 8am and 5pm.
Casual rate including 25% Loading. Remuneration commensurate with skills and experience.
Daily Duties include:
• Accounts Receivable (Residential & Commercial)
• Daily use of Xero Accounting Software
• Customer invoicing and ensuring job costings are completed
• Accurate data entry in multiple platforms
• Daily revenue reporting

Candidate requirements:
• Xero accounting experience (preferable but not essential)
• Previous demonstrated Bookkeeping experience in a similar role (Minimum 3 years in Accounts role preferred)
• Experience using Customer Relationship Management systems
• Very comfortable using computers and medium level Excel and Word skills
• Team player
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Ability to adapt to new systems
• Well developed ability to follow up team members for invoicing information
• Have initiative to identify problems and find solutions
• High attention to detail
