Big shed and big awnings!
This Colorbond beauty measures a whopping 9m x 29m footprint comprising a 9mw x 20ml x 3.5mh fully enclosed shed with skillion awnings attached at either end, 4m span on the left end and 5m span on the right end.
Three off 3m x 3m Taurean roller doors on the front and a smaller 2.5m x 2.5m roller door for rear access, all in Woodland Grey
Access out to the awnings via glass sliding doors at each end and a couple of windows for some extra natural light and ventilation, all with the frames matched to the corrugated profile Surfmist walls.
Main and left awning roofs are in Zincalume but the right end awning is done in Woodland Grey to reduce the glare as it faces the existing home on the property. Barges and gutters are also in Woodland Grey to give that classic framed look.
And of course insulation has been added to the roof to keep the summer sun at bay!
Many thanks to Bernie for the lovely photos and for entrusting us with your business :)

This one is a little out of the ordinary! Skillion roof, overhanging eaves & gable and horizontal cladding make it a standout.
Enclosed dimensions of 9m span by 12m long with an eave at 3.9m giving an overall height at the front of 4.7m. Eaves all around are 0.6m giving a roof size of 13.2m x 10.2m.
Two big roller doors from Taurean Door Systems, a chain drive door 3.9mh x 3.66mw to the right and a double width domestic door 2.5mh x 5mw to the left give fantastic access for a truck and two cars, with of course the ubiquitous Sentry PA from Larnec Doors for pedestrian access.
Horizontal corrugated cladding in Colorbond Shale Grey with roof, roller doors and trims in Surfmist. As ever the roof is of course insulated.
Thanks to our partners at Timmel Concreting for a first class slab and to Robs Shed Building for another classy build

Nice and straightforward!
12m span x 15m long x 3.6m eave gable roof shed completed last week for one of our local clients. Full Colorbond with Dune Monoclad walls and Deep Ocean Corrugated roof rolled by Stramit Industries from genuine Bluescope steel.
4 roller doors along the front, each at 3.1mw x 3.1mh, give great access with one of the Larnec Sebtry PA Doors at the end and complimented with a couple of windows for a bit of natural light.
Fully insulated roof of course with a couple of whirlybirds to make sure there is some decent airflow even when closed up and with the slab perimeter closed to snakes and other vermin with Vermaseal.
This one is a fully bolted construction with "Z" purlins & girts bolted direct to the "C" section frame which is in turn connected to the slab with cast in "U" brackets. Makes for a speedy build and very strong shed.
Thanks as always to our partner Robby Penny of Robs Shed Building for a speedy and classy build.

Our biggest of the year so far - 16m span, 33.33 m long in 10 bays and 5m to the eave, this one was commissioned by our local hot air ballooning company for the storage of their basket/trailer and Landcruiser combos.
Clad in Stramit Monoclad profile sheeting, Shale Grey walls and doors, Zincalume roof and trimmed with Nightsky barges and gutters to set it off.
To maximise the openings on the doors the client opted for nine Eltrak sliders hung on double tracks to give a trailer friendly 3.1m opening width, and of course the added benefit of speed of opening over a chain drive roller door can't be ignored either!
There's a mezzanine in the end bay to give additional storage over the workshop bay, and the shed is insulated in the roof and sun facing walls against the hot Queensland sun.
Many thanks to our partners at Northern Consulting Engineers for a suitable slab design to meet the brief on what proved to be probably the worst soil we have encountered (the piers go down 2.7m and the amount of steel in the slab was impressive!); to our friends at Timmel Concreting for the amazing job on the concreting and block walls and to Rob of Robs Shed Building who did an awesome job to get the shed up and completed on a very tight time-frame so the client could meet his commitments.

Shed envy! A cracking 9m x 18m x 3m shed with a Manor Red Colorbond roof in corrugated profile to match the adjacent house. Classic Cream walls in Stramit's Monoclad profile, trimmed with Cottage Green barges and gutters for that classic heritage colour scheme.
Great access through the three Taurean roller doors across the front, the central door opening to 3.1mh by 2.7mw and the outer two doors at 2.5mh by 2.6mw, all motorised. There's also a matching 3.1m x 2.7m roller at the back for drive through access to the rear of the block. Side access from the house is through a Larnec Sentry PA door with a couple of windows at the back for a bit of natural light.
Insulated in the roof of course with Australian made insulation - The builder doing reno work in the house couldn't believe how cool it was when he walked into the shed - another convert to the insulation cause!
The full length awning off the side is 3m span with a 700mm step down in the concrete to give that extra bit of clearance. Slab and step poured by our friends at Timmel Concreting as a stand up wall, and all beautifully blended in to the new drive way

New meets old.
This is a 9m x 15m x 3.8m shed clad in Stramit's Monoclad profile, rolled from genuine Bluescope Colorbond Paperbark with Deep Ocean trims. Built up to an existing shed and awning the brief was to interconnect the under roof spaces internally to create a single workshop space. The 3.8m height got us over the existing shed apex so we could flash and gutter appropriately, and also met the client need for internal height to allow for the addition of a hoist at a later date. A massive 5mw x 3mh roller door on the front gives great access with a more modest 2.6mw x 2.5mh roller door for side access under the awning.
Oh and it's insulated under the roof with Australian made insulation and topped off with a couple of whirlybirds to keep it cool in the Queensland sun!

Lovely little gable roof carport in Ipswich. It's in a heritage listed area so we had to watch the aesthetics to meet council rules. Zincalume Corrugated roof with a Dune K Panel infill and Ironstone trims met the brief. It's 3.25m span by 9m long, 2.6m to the gutter to allow the windows to still open! And another fantastic bit of concreting from our friends at Timmel Concreting
