🌿 The Things You Don't See 🌿
When you visit Phillies, you see the smiling faces, the coffee arriving at your table, the meals being served and the gardens looking their best.
What you don't always see are the hours behind the scenes.
The early starts before sunrise.
The baking trays being filled with fresh scones.
The cakes being decorated.
The coffee machine being warmed up.
The plants being watered.
The tables being wiped one more time.
The dishes, the cleaning, the restocking and the constant teamwork that keeps everything moving.
Every day our team juggle making coffees, serving meals, clearing tables, helping customers, answering questions and somehow still finding time for a laugh along the way.
Phillies isn't just a café, nursery and gift shop. It's a team of hardworking women and a couple guys now too who genuinely care about creating a place where people feel welcome.
We're incredibly proud of them and grateful for the heart they bring to Phillies every single day.
