A small job we done today and a reminder to all that unfortunately we have untruthful people in the building industry

These clients had another handyman come to install their new vanity and shaving cabinet but unfortunately he was not trade qualified and messed their bathroom up they had an old mirror glued onto the tiles and he got out a hammer and smashed the mirror off and damaged the tiles behind upon further inspection when he installed the vanity it didn't comply with the building code as the vanity was too close to the power point he didn't glue the stone top down to the cabinets the waste pipe wasn't secure properly and was leaking and he thought it was good enough to silicone the vanity to the wall

So we came in and replaced the broken tiles fixed up the leaking waste pipe made sure it was secure to the wall using screws used the correct silicone and applied it in accordance with the building code and rectified other issues at hand
Always check your tradesman is licensed or if in doubt ask he or she to give you references of the last customer's contacts so you can make an informed decision on who you are hiring

Old dental clinic turned into a doctors clinic we came in fixed up some termite damage fixed up some damaged walls and ceilings installed vanities done the tiling and installed doors and shelving in the wardrobe all ready for the vinyl floor to be installed

This wall was eaten away from white ants all prepared ready for paint owners already had painters organised keep in mind we do painting also

This guy had allot of used timber lying around on his property so we put together this cubby house for his kids he has got an old water slide he is installing on it think his kids are going to make some great memories
