Hi, my name is Ali – I worked for Chris at Tropiculture for the last 5 years. Since the closure of the business I have been busy continuing to graft a selection of Tropiculture variety fruit trees in an attempt to continue to supply our Top End community with quality locally produced fruit trees.

This Saturday 29th Nov I will be at the Top End Native Plant Society annual event and plant sale at
Riyala, 255E Gullick Rd, Noonamah, 8am-2pm.

I will have a range of grafted citrus including Finger Lime, Meyer Lemon, West Indian Lime, Kaffir Lime Nathanael Clone (thornless), Lemon Martin, Rio Red Grapefruit and more. Also grafted Tropical Avocado, Carambola, and a range of marcotted fruit trees (see price list at end of post). Limited numbers available, so first in first served. The family and Tropiculture team advise Chris Nathanael's funeral will be held at the Fred's Pass Anglican Church Bees Creek at 10am on Thursday 19 June 2025.
Local, backyard flowers are preferred otherwise, if you wish to contribute, please make a donation to your preferred charity in memory of Chris.

The Family advise that Chris Nathanael passed away peacefully on Sunday afternoon, 1 June 2025.
Throughout Chris' cancer journey he continued to enjoy fruit and the growing of food plants.
The funeral date in a couple of weeks will be advised.
