The Pink House renovation features 13mm fire-rated plasterboard installed throughout the entire home, delivering enhanced fire resistance, improved acoustic performance, and increased impact durability.
All ceilings were professionally battened and laser-levelled to ensure a flawless, perfectly straight finish throughout the property.
A modern square-set finish was applied in place of traditional cornices, creating clean architectural lines and a seamless contemporary look.
P50 shadow line trims were installed around all doors and windows, adding a refined detail and premium finish to every space.
In addition to its fire-resistant properties, the fire-rated plasterboard also provides excellent sound reduction and improved durability, helping to minimise noise transfer while slowing the spread of fire in the event of an emergency.
