The Rural Home Edit - ep 12!!

If you can't tell by the end of the episode, I got pi**ed off a lot 🤣🤣

Also for context with those stud finders, they both originally said there was a stud there (hence I drilled there) but then after realising there was in fact NO stud, I used them to check again and that's when the first machine decided to tell me there was no stud!

Bloody heck, it was a whirlwind project! But absolutely worth it and I actually loooove using the laundry now - winning!!

Sometimes a space just needs some tweaks and a refresh to make it more user friendly!

I have never been one to follow the trends or latest 'must haves' so authenticity is at my core. And I'm so pleased to see that it's being encouraged!

There is something about the earthy tones, eclectic decor and warm timbers that just gives a sense of calm.

Welcome, to our Rural Home Edit Series ✨️🙌🏼

This Series captures BTS of my life, the story that has led me here today and the highs and lows of what's to come.
It's exciting.
It's scary.
It's honest.

For the first time in 9 years, I have the freedom to be fully me. I don't have to hide behind a police force front, careful of my moves in case I get in trouble or found by someone I arrested. I can be me.

I have two MASSIVE adventures ahead;

1. Operating my very own interior design business full time (arghhh pinch me!!)

Hello 👋🏼

We have been DYING to share our upcoming news with you guys for a little while now, but had to hold our horses while all the background plans fell into place.

BUT THE TIME HAS COME!! ✨️👏🏽🎊 So bloody excited!

A couple of changes have been made to our Aspen Lou instagram, which will be ran as more of a Vlog with things happening in daily life as well as in the business. A story I'll be sharing with weekly Wednesday vlog drops & many insta stories!

Our sister instagram is where you'll see a lot of our design work, projects, tips & tricks.

Both instagrams are intertwined but with their separate purposes 🫶🏼

We hope you enjoy this new chapter as it unfolds - because I am darn keen! 😁😁
