Cold floors in the morning meant our customer was keen to include inscreed floor heating in their new build. It's a cost effective alternative to other heating systems such as air conditioning (and look at Pete go!)

A robust cable compared to under tile systems means no damage and it's easier for your tiler too as he won't have to change his process.

In the office early this morning to get some quotes out to clients. This one's for an inslab heating job for a new build in Brighton Le-Sands.

All areas combined it's approx 122 sqm, which would take approximately 600 metres of cable, around 2033 cable ties and a full 2 days with 2 experienced installers to complete if it comes through. Big couple of days I'd say!

Ensuite No 9 of 19 completed today at the Cove project in Cronulla.

Each ensuite is approx 2sqm and used inscreed cables with a dual thermostat to operate the heated towel rails as well.
