Precision Doors is looking for an experienced, highly organised Office Manager to lead our day-to-day administration and office operations.
This is a key role within our small, close-knit team β perfect for someone who enjoys responsibility, structure, and keeping things running smoothly.
π§ The Role
Managing incoming calls and customer enquiries
Raising and tracking work orders from start to completion
Scheduling and coordinating daily jobs for technicians
Liaising with clients, suppliers, and staff
Supporting invoicing and general office administration
Managing stock and maintaining accurate records
π€ About You
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confident working independently and managing office operations
Proactive, reliable, and solutions-focused
Experience with Simpro and MYOB highly regarded (training provided)
Previous office management or senior admin experience preferred
