The Role β Accounts and Administration Coordinator:
Weβre looking for a motivated, detail-oriented person to be the backbone of our day-to-day operations. Youβll manage financial tasks like invoicing and reconciliations, keep the office humming, support our directors, and coordinate staff and resources to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Your key responsibilities will include:
πΌ Accounts Receivable: Invoicing, payment follow-ups, and reconciliations to keep customer accounts accurate and up-to-date.
π’ Office Management: Overseeing daily office operations, maintaining supplies, and ensuring smooth admin systems.
π₯ Director Support: Assisting directors with calendar management, meeting prep, and confidential communications.

Staff & Resource Coordination: Scheduling jobs, tracking staff availability, and managing resources efficiently.
βοΈ Quality Control & Process Improvement: Monitoring workflows for accuracy and spotting opportunities to improve.
π Communication Management: Managing emails and phone communications professionally and promptly.
π€ Client Relationship Management: Supporting client communication and resolving account or scheduling issues quickly.
π Information Management & Compliance: Keeping financial and operational data accurate and compliant with company policies.
Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in an administrative role
β
MYOB experience is essential
β
Competent with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
β
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and great attention to detail
β
Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
β
Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills to build great relationships
β
Confident working independently and collaboratively
