• Is trade qualified and experienced
• Can confidently run jobs without needing to be micro-managed
• Has strong problem-solving skills
• Takes genuine pride in their workmanship
• Communicates well and is great with clients
• Is reliable, motivated and a fast learner

Essential requirements:

• Own vehicle and driver’s licence
• Own tools and ladders
