Last weekend we were honoured to sponsor a women's team in the local Surf for sanity event, this community event is growing each year and is doing an amazing job in raising awareness for mental health, while encouraging an open dialogue for people to express themselves and seek help without stigma.

This is a cause extremely close to our hearts, after Ester lost her father to a lifelong battle with depression 14 years ago. Su***de is one of the biggest killers in men, my father was brought up in a generation where mental health was a taboo subject.

It is so important to keep up this progression of breaking the stigma and making help easily accessible.
