I’m Nicole, and I believe baking is about so much more than what comes out of the oven.

It’s about the birthday cakes made for the people we love. The dessert you bring to a dinner party. Baking alongside your children and creating traditions they’ll remember one day.

It’s about gathering, celebrating, and connecting - sometimes with nothing more than something homemade. 🫶🏼

And that’s exactly why I created my upcoming baking workshop. ✨

From September 28, I’ll be sharing five go-to recipes designed to become part of your life - recipes you can turn to for birthdays, celebrations, hosting, social gatherings or simply creating a little moment with the people you love.

Because the best part of baking isn’t always eating what you’ve made. Sometimes, it’s who you get to share it with. 🥰

The first cut into warm brie, honey and fig spilling out, is the whole reason I make this one.

This one’s part of my upcoming workshop, and honestly, my favourite part isn’t even the recipes. It’s the community around it, a warm, welcoming space where you get to connect with me and other like-minded women, share your wins, and ask me baking questions.

INGREDIENTS
150g (1 cup) all purpose
200ml (3/4 cup + 1 tbsp) warm tap water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white sugar
1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp instant yeast
1 1/2 tbsp warm tap water

The last couple of years I’ve had the opportunity to work with producing how-to cooking videos and training content to help launch some of their newest kitchen appliances.

It’s been a rewarding experience, combining my love of cooking and content creation - and seeing their projects come to life. ✨
