It is with a great deal of pride that FRA has won the Highly Recommended Award 2019 from Australian Achievers. We achieved our highest score ever in Customer Service of 98.41% and came second nationally. It is testimony to the hard work, diligence and attitude that all of our staff have when dealing with customers.

FRA is now spreading its wings to provide an enhanced service to our customers and clients located in Queensland. From July, we proudly service the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Brisbane. Our State Manager, Clinton Merrifield together with our Technician Leigh Brook are excited about the challenges ahead for Team FRA. But most importantly, we are all here to help the newest member of the FRA family with the support they need to provide customers professional and timely service "when disaster strikes".
