Are you able to donate blood? With Covid they are desperate for donors. If you can, bleed for a very good cause! I'm a regular donor, today is even more poignant as Dad is getting a blood transfusion today...out one arm & into another 🙂

CC got some battery powered Chissy lights on sale... one of the sets didn't work as had a metal piece missing from the battery compartment... have alfoil, ! 😁

Holiday jobs: building compost.
Where possible I bring lawn clippings & leaf litter from people gardens home to compost. Making compost is like baking a cake, you need to get the balance right; nitrogen, carbon, air and water. I put all grass clippings into the chook yard first for them to clean up the w**d seed and then I build the compost using this, leaf litter and the chook house bedding which is shredded paper with chicken manure mixed in it. Oh, and don't forget to wear a mask!
