It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Michael Huscroft, the founder and heart behind Bridgewater Home Maintenance.

Michael passed away peacefully, leaving behind his children, family, and many friends who loved and admired him deeply.

Michael built this business with integrity, care, and a genuine desire to help others. His reliability, kindness, and attention to detail earned him not only loyal clients but lasting friendships throughout the Adelaide Hills community.

We know many of you valued Michael’s work and friendship over the years, and we thank you for the trust and support you showed him.

Michael’s presence will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. We take comfort in knowing that his spirit of service and kindness will continue to be felt across the community he loved so much.

Gwen had a bit of a problem with her door and bed!
After some discussion we agreed a bi-fold door would offer the best solution over a sliding door or simply flipping the door to open outward.
We supplied, painted, and installed this bi-fold door all in a day with minimal interruption.

A neat little fence job in Hahndorf to keep the hounds in!
We supplied and installed this gate and fence for a couple in Hahndorf, where they were previously dragging a bit of old mesh against the bins for security.
This was a simple project that has made a huge difference for the client.
We even used some second hand materials to save some money.

Bridgewater Home Maintenance is looking to hire a gardener for 8 - 24 hours a week
Experience in the field of gardening would be advantageous (at home or professionally) but on the job training will be provided.
Primary tasks include: mowing and edging, hedge trimming, pruning, w**d spraying and pulling; also small landscaping projects and assisting Michael with maintenance tasks.
Bridgewater Home Maintenance prides itself on good, honest, and efficient work and establishing long lasting relationships with clients to achieve the best outcome for them and their garden.
Initially working with Michael with a view to working independently once up to speed.
Vehicle and tools all included
Flexible work hours, Car license required, award rates.
