Designed to reflect the natural beauty and coastal lifestyle of its surroundings, the development features two elegantly articulated residential towers rising above a vibrant, mixed-use podium.
Generous public spaces, including “The People’s Corner”, will create a welcoming destination for both locals and visitors, activating the streetscape with restaurants, boutiques, and green, shaded retreats. The architectural vision is deeply connected to place, drawing inspiration from Caloundra’s rugged coastline, protected bays, and distant Glasshouse Mountain views.
A palette of natural materials, layered landscaping, and considered subtropical design principles ensures a climate-responsive and enduring addition to the high street.
