March has been a big month at Echo Architects, with strong momentum across social housing, multi‑residential, hospitality, and commercial projects, while continuing to refine how we operate as a studio.

• Social Housing in Kippa Ring has completed feasibility studies, setting a clear pathway toward government funding
• Social Housing in Zillmere has achieved Building Approval
• Windsor Boarding Facility is progressing well through Design Development toward BA
• James Street House concept approved by the client
• Boardwalk Tavern is now on site and under construction
• Tile Showroom nearing completion of Design Development

Multiple warehouse developments, shopping precinct refurbishments, and social clubs are progressing, with a strong balance between early-stage design and active delivery.
