Last 2 weeks on the heritage project at Indooroopilly.
All the doors to new opening installed.
Sliding wardrobe door systems completed.
New windows architraves and silss done.
All the architraves and skirtsings throughout the 2 buildings.
New ceiling and cornice to the hallway.

Darcy Rd works continue into the 3-5 week.Pool cover done,Underslab plumbing completed.And the retaining walls are going...

Been a few weeks since the last posts, so let’s go through what we have been up too.
1. Rebuilt the structural beams to the underside of the Coach house in Indooroopilly.
Lifting the beams up higher to allow for a taller garage door. Existing panel lift door was utelised and taller rails were sourced and installed.
2 .Full internal rebuild on an existing “Coach house” at the property in Indooroopilly. A new internal design was drawn up by the architect team. And the construction was well executed.
3. New front fence also at “ The Priory.”
200x200 iron bark posts and 100x50 rails all morticed into the posts.
The tops and mortice cutouts were all assissted by the use of 3D printed parts.

Unfortunately the property was full of water rot. A lot of rebuild and replacing of structural members had to be completed before the actual renovation and refit works could be started.
