We have been having a blast working on our project at Kangaroo Point - too busy to update FB but will endeavour to be more regular in the coming weeks and months. We excitingly announced in Nov 2019 we would (eventually) be working on this fabulous house in Kangaroo Point. Well the time has finally come and we started 2 weeks ago. After one of the most challenging lifts was finished we started some demo, have had all underground plumbing done, footings poured, block wall done and now are ready to pour the ground floor slab on Monday. It will take shape fast and feature some amazing spaces. We will be sure to post regular updates of our progress.

We have been so busy across the past year that I have not updated our page with our work and progress. So first post for the year shows a project currently in progress at Kangaroo Point. In an interesting job we have built an extension to the existing house (at ground level) which is the new kitchen, dining and alfresco deck. This was completed before Xmas and now the house is being lifted and we will be back in a couple of weeks to build in underneath.

One of the best parts about what we do is who we get to work for and the opportunities afforded to make an impact on someones lifestyle. This great little project was simple but laden with a massive challenge - upgrade a run down granny flat into a fresh inviting new space (that's the simple bit) that an elderly relative of the family would be happy to move into after leaving her home of decades. The before and after photos show our work - but the response from the family was more than overwhelming and left us feeling very proud.

Busy start to 2020 has seen the team complete a few projects (posts coming). But first off the list is a build under renovation of a property at Camp Hill. We have now nearly doubled the size of their house adding 2 bedrooms, 2nd bathroom, new laundry, new downstairs living area and connecting the new areas with a new set of internal stairs. The property has officially hit the market for sale just hours ago after the stying was finished. Big shout out to our trades who assisted in bringing this together - Akins Plumbing, Complete Air Electrical, Shim Services Painting and Woodstock Timbers. Check out the before and afters.

The Rocky house fully cladded now fitted with spotted gum timber stairs you’ll want to stare at all day and night.
When we come back on our next trip the house will be sheeted internally which is VERY exciting
