I have been having trouble posting lately, but here is a property I done a roof restoration on recently, Fred and Waina were looking to freshen up their home with new colour choice to go with the new fencing they had installed, this roof was incredibly dirty and even just a high pressure clean bought life back into it, but Monument was the colour of choice, and the results were awesome. Thanks for the business Fred and Waina it was my pleasure!!

20+ years since this roof was restored!
All roof valley tiles were lifted to remove the tree and leaf debris that had accumulated over the years. This was causing water to pool and run into the roof cavity, resulting in water stains on the interior ceilings.

We spend the time on prep and YOU end up with awesome lasting results!

I am getting stuck into this fence repair and paint. The job has turned into more timber replacement than originally thought (about 80%) replaced, as it was rotting once I dismantled it. Primer was applied yesterday, and the first coat of Dulux Woodland Grey has been applied. I spoke with the customer regarding the color choice for the galvanized infills, stating that it may appear a bit washed out doing the whole fence Woodland Grey. However, he decided to go with Vanilla Quake, which is seen on the house which should look Great. Keep posted for completed pictures!
