An existing timber cottage in Clayfield is retained and extended to accommodate the requirements of a professional couple with a young family. The layout of the existing house has been modified to suit the family's needs with additional living space requirements accommodated in an upper level extension at the rear of the house, and recreational and service spaces located on the lower level.
