Lamb skewers are an Aussie favourite for a reason — they’re simple, full of flavour, and great for cooking over fire.

Ingredients:
• Lamb chunks
• Olive oil
• Garlic (minced)
• Lemon juice
• Salt & pepper
• Optional: rosemary or paprika

Method:
1. Marinate lamb with olive oil, garlic, lemon, salt & pepper for at least 30 mins.
2. Thread onto skewers.
3. Place skewers on your Iron & Fire grill attachment over medium heat.
4. Grill for 8–10 mins, turning occasionally for that perfect char.
5. Serve straight from the fire pit and enjoy the smoky flavour.

Slow-cooked over hot coals, this camp oven roast chicken is a classic BBQ Fire Pit meal that combines simple ingredients and rich flavour.

Try it out in your backyard:
1. Rub a whole chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic and fresh herbs.
2. Place in the camp oven attachment.
3. Cook over hot coals with the lid on for 60–90 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden and cooked through.
4. Rest for 10 minutes before serving.
