Quoting Procedure -
1. When you make a quotation request, we will go through a brief questionnaire over the phone to get an understanding of your project needs. Once this has been completed we will give an approximate price range for your project over the phone. If this price range is within your budget then we will organise an appointment in our office and Showroom. During this appointment our designer will conduct a detailed questionnaire to understand your project needs in more depth. This will help us in establishing a suitable and detailed Draft Proposal. We will also arrange a site meeting to measure up the area where work is required and suggest some planning options to you. This site visit is usually free of charge (a call out fee may apply in some cases) however we do not release layouts or drawings unless a design fee is paid. 3. After this consultation we will email out brief proposal and an acceptance letter which details what your renovation will involves.
4. For the next stage of the procedure to commence, a 5% deposit is required. This allows us to set up your online management portal, organize your contract and finalize a full detailed quotation and remaining paperwork.
5. After progressing to the next stage we ask you to select tiles from our preferred supplier or you can arrange your own tiles.
6. We then require you to come into our office to sign contract and organise a suitable starting date.
