Once all the new plumbing was in the ground…… I then built a retaining wall and had the concrete path and driveway reinstated and then finished it off with another mini retaining wall along the boundary line.

Massive two weeks from digging up the old path and laying new Plumbing to then reinstating but great end result 😊

MASSIVE few days working along side a plumber and digger driver

- New sewer line for over 50m from rear of house to street for two toilets

- new water mains from meter to house

- two new 100mm storm lines for 6 down pipes (instead of 4 down pipes and one 90mm line) from rear of house down both sides to street kerb

All drains and pipes from sinks, showers, bath and floor wastes flushed out and cleared

These following pics are the start of the sewer, storm water and mains water replacement from street to rear of the house down both sides mainly due to tree roots

Removal of concrete paths and future reinstatement

Client needed extra storage and had this large corner area on the landing

I managed to fit in 3 Bunnings kaboodle 600x 600 wall corner cupboards and add 3 x 300mm wall cupboards and it all looks similar to the near by bathroom vanity

All off the shelf and done in a day 😊
