I’ve been living and working away for the last 5 months

My client bought this on an online auction and the builder’s report said

‘demolish or fully renovate’

Client asked if I wanted a project

Absolutely perfect timing for me whilst I recover from my injury in October

Everything you can imagine had to be done and dealt with…..

It’s been awhile

I’ve been completely off the radar since my accident in October followed by a blood clot on my right lung

But
I will be back working full-time and local again early June

Farrr tooo much time on my hands

Desperate to be back in the van / working

I’ve started calling councils with maintenance requests 😆

My tree outside over the years is raising the surrounding concrete……. This is being cut out and replaced with mulch 🥰

If you want me to make calls and project manage just call me 😆
