Hugo Design presents our latest project located in the inner Brisbane City suburb of Highgate Hill. The Proposed Alterations and Additions to this Existing Residence include raising of the existing house, building in under and construction of a new addition in n the backyard. The New Addition comprises of a 4 car basement garage and enclosed rumpus room on the upper level with an undercover entertaining area with a built in kitchen, fire place and pizza oven, and room for an outdoor lounge and 12 seater dining table. The Entertaining Area overlooks the swimming pool that links the old with and new via an elevated pool and pool concourse and privacy arbour.
Above the Rumpus room is an observation deck overlooking the Southbank precinct great for River Fire and News Years celebration fireworks.

The Pool House is a multi-functional space, for entertaining, lazing by the pool, meditation and a tranquil work space and art studio.
