This bathroom was fun!
Dudley and SONS Resurfacing they sorted the wall tiles. I wish I got a video of the wall tiles before they started 😅
I sorted the floor tiling, mounted new towel and shelves

Something a little different
Re-grouted all the main areas, replaced five tiles and siliconed the skirting board/tile joints
what a difference!

This shower needed some attention badly
The cleaning products over the years wasn’t cleaned off properly so over time they had eaten into the floor tiles
So I replaced the wall grout, all the silicone and re laid the floor tiles
Looks great if you ask me 😉

This shower in new farm was interesting
The owner called said her shower was leaking so we replaced the silicone & grout. She called back about two months later said it’s still leaking I thought mmmmm…..wonder why
I asked her to get a plumber around and check the mixer and drain.
The plumber said everything is good ( $350 was his price for an hr just to test it)
She called me back and said nope it’s not the plumbing
I called back around and looked over the drain, noticed the black rubber seal in the drain wasn’t looking good, to be honest a dumb design.
So I pulled up the tiles around the drain so I could replace the drain and then re lay the four tiles.
All said and done the shower isn’t leaking downstairs anymore
