Painted floorboards are amazing ! The paint covers a multitude of sins and is so easy to DIY ! Now i just have to find the perfect lamp and picture for the wall. I was so tempted to make this my office but instead gave it back to the kids for their homework and Xbox room.

Project number 1037447171 ;) I can't afford to get the floorboards sanded and stained so until then I decided to paint them. I did my research and was very excited to find the perfect colour and floor paint. I was supposed to wait till next week but i HAD to do a patch just to see how it looks. I'm thrilled and now can't wait till I can keep going throughout the house. I'll keep you posted.

Antique sideboard I refurbished myself. I'm not sure how old it is but it's OLD :)

It has been sanded and stained and still has the original handles and hinges.

Since Uni holidays started in november, I have been too busy with camping trips, trips to sydney, christmas and all the rest to finish off anymore projects. Instead my son requested a 'Justin Beiber' room and I have been working on my own little room of luxe. I have some furniture that needs my attention but in the meantime Ill post before and afters of the rooms.

I forgot to take a before pic lol but here is my last project. Turning my old tv unit into a bench seat for my nephew.
