It is unrealistic to expect Architectural Students and Graduate Architects to fully understand the Architectural Business environment and the associated skills needed to succeed.
Depending on the economic cycle, jobs may be plentiful or scarce upon graduation. In addition, Architectural firms of different sizes provide different experiences for their new employees.

Furthermore, Architecture is a lifelong career that requires an active approach to building skills.

To fill these gaps and assist young and developing Architects, targeted assistance must be provided either inside the firm or externally.

Unfortunately, not every company realizes the extent of this commitment to develop their inexperienced ranks, let alone the commercial dangers of not doing so.

This is where external consulting and advisory services may assist both companies and developing Architects to build skills meeting the extensive and varied requirements of this profession.
