Two things wrong here, a blockage and the wrong pipe being used for this application. This flexible storm flex has it's uses but definitely not under concrete and long distances. Due to the ribs or corigations in the pipe, blockages are easily created. This is why it is key to use a drain camera when clearing blockages so that not just us but the client can clearly see what is happening.

These are a couple of our recent additions to help return the flow and unblock those small pipes, like vanities and kitchen sinks where the jetter may not be an option. Very handy piece of kit.

We got the water to flow again, slowly. A few issues with this job. All one side of the house was done in storm flex pipe, not cool. It's up and down like a yo yo causing water to sit and crap to build up. We still cleared them out so that they can work ad effectively as possible until they get replaced.👍👎

Clearing a couple of vanity pipes which were clogged up with some hairy scary. Use the k9-12 to do his. We restore the flow for this happy customer 👌
