All About Improvements

I’ve been very lucky over the last few years to have been able to build projects for wonderful people and in one of the best areas in Redcliffe. Here is another project we’ve recently completed, it was a beautiful design which improved the aesthetics of the house and takes full advantage of that beautiful view.

This is my latest job, we’ve got just under a week left and I’m really happy with the results. It’s taken a little longer than I had planned because of Covid, material and labour shortages but because we are able to do most of the jobs on a building project and not rely on very many subcontractors it’s probably been quicker than a lot of project builders that subcontract nearly every aspect. I want say a huge thank you to my team that allows me to be so versatile, Bradley Blackwell, Brad Brand, my subcontractors Jessica Emonson who designed this wonderful building, Cory Ford (bricklayer) John (cabinet maker) Ryan Boyes (renderer), Nigel Monteith (steel fabricator), Will Spinks (electrical), Wayne Valk (painter), Rob Ritchie (plumber) and of course my Dad who brought me up the old way and taught me my broad range of skills. We’re getting professional photos taken when we’re done but you’ll have to make do with my amateur photos till then. I’m always striving for 100% and this for me is getting close.

We just finished these horse stables and amenities building at the Redcliffe harness racing track, it was a little challenging to get the floor heights right working to the existing structures and services but we nailed it and everyone is happy with how it came together.

This is a Dental Clinic we lifted and renovated on Anzac Ave, it was a great job with a few challenges, the owner and I were very happy with the outcome.

Building my sauna was another first but I’m very happy with how it turned out. I sourced the red cedar from Kellys Wood Yard and recycled a shower screen for the opening.
