A custom modular kitchen and bar tailored for the team at The Victoria Hotel

The 8.7m × 3.0m commercial kitchen combines two modules in a custom configuration for pizza preparation and cooking, paired with a 6.0m × 3.0m bar opening directly onto the courtyard.

Love seeing the whole space come together, especially after dark.✨

From fabrication at our Brooklyn facility to installation in the heart of Melbourne CBD, this project brought together prefabricated kitchen, bar and amenities modules with custom structural module frames, creating a multi-level hospitality space with a rooftop deck and integrated stair access.

It is always rewarding to see months of design and fabrication come together on site.
