Black Forest Gateau Homemade Recipe

🍫 Ingredients:
2 1/8 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups granulated sugar
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
3 large eggs
1 cup whole milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup boiling water
3 cups fresh cherries, pitted and halved
2 cups heavy cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
Chocolate shavings for garnish

👩‍🍳 How to Prepare:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla; beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in boiling water (batter will be thin). Pour into prepared pans.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool in pans for 10 minutes, then remove to wire racks to cool completely.
Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
Slice each cake horizontally into two layers. Place one layer on a serving plate, spread with whipped cream, and top with cherries. Repeat with remaining layers.
Cover the outside of the cake with whipped cream and garnish with chocolate shavings and a few whole cherries.

Strawberry Cream Puffs Homemade Recipe 🍓

🍓 Ingredients:
1 cup water
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup all-purpose flour
4 large eggs
2 cups heavy cream
1/4 cup confectioners' sugar, plus more for dusting
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups strawberries, sliced

👩‍🍳 How to Prepare:
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a saucepan over medium heat, bring water, butter, and salt to a boil. Add flour all at once and stir vigorously until the mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat.
Beat in eggs, one at a time, until smooth and glossy.
Drop dough by 1/4 cupfuls onto the baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes until puffed and golden.
Let cool on a wire rack. Cut off the top third and scoop out any soft dough inside.
Whip the cream with confectioners' sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
Fill the puffs with whipped cream, add a layer of strawberries, replace the tops, and dust with confectioners' sugar.

Sizzling Steak Shawarma Homemade Recipe

Ingredients:

🥩 500g beef steak, thinly sliced
🍅 2 tomatoes, sliced
🥒 1 cucumber, diced
🥬 Lettuce, shredded
🟣 1 red onion, thinly sliced
🍟 2 potatoes, cut into fries
🌶️ 1 bell pepper, sliced
🍖 Shawarma spice mix (cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric)
🥄 Olive oil
🧂 Salt and pepper
🍞 4 large flatbreads
🥣 Tahini sauce
🍋 Lemon juice
How to Prepare:

Marinate the beef slices with shawarma spices, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
Heat a pan over medium-high and cook the beef until browned and cooked through.
In the meantime, fry the potatoes until golden and season with salt.
On the flatbreads, lay a bed of lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion, and bell pepper.
Add the cooked beef on top of the vegetables.
Drizzle with tahini sauce.
Roll the flatbreads tightly around the fillings.
Grill the rolled shawarma for 2-3 minutes on each side until crisp.
Slice in half and serve with the crispy fries.
